I started out having a cocktail while preparing dinner, which then turned into drinking my dinner while preparing my lunch because I’m terrible at judging how long things take to cook. (I’m also kind of a terrible cook. I’m an amazing baker, tho.)

ANYWAY. Take this as a ringing (drunk) endorsement for Trader Joe’s Carne Asada Trip-Tip. That shit is amazing if you want to make your own Chipotle burrito bowls. 

Also Coke Zero Vanilla. It’s amazing: Coke Zero WITH VANILLA. Like the soda pop version of a unicorn. It’s especially delicious with Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum. 

…. I should have some hummus and pita now, since I have 2 lbs of carne baking in my oven. And that is not a euphemism. (OR IS IT.)
